I work as freelance cinematographer, gaffer for music videos and lighting technician for cinema - based in Berlin and Mexico.

During my studies of political science I discovered my passion for visual storytelling. In search of ways to communicate political content beyond the academic audience, I decided to shoot my first documentary in 2009 in Mexico.
Fascinated by the possibilities of this medium, i began to focus on telling stories through images and creating moods and scenes with light.

Between 2011 and 2014 I studied cinematography in a small self-organized film school in Berlin, collaborating with various other film schools and worked part-time in a film equipment rental store where I was able to deepen my technical knowledge.

Since 2014 I have been working as a freelance cinematographer in Berlin. Experienced through documentaries, fiction, music videos, TV and advertising productions at home and abroad as DoP, gimbal operator, lighting technician, drone pilot and drone camera operator.

As lighting technician I have been working on productions like Matrix Resurrections, 1899, Dark, Gunpowder Milkshake, Suspiria, Charlies Angels, The Grimm Reality & others...
